Source stack is where this agent ran before it was captured. Your rebuild does not need it, and nothing in the install tries to reproduce it.

Observations

It turns the transcript of one meeting into a debrief: a short summary, who took part, what was discussed and decided, a table of who committed to what and by when, what is still open, and an assessment against a sales or evaluation framework if you use one, with every point cited to the part of the call it came from. It runs when you hand it a transcript, pasted or uploaded, usually straight after the call. The debrief is a record you can trust more than your memory: it never invents an owner, a date or a customer's intent, it marks what it could not verify, and it can add a follow-up note that it drafts but never sends.

The real passport format, with real check digits, computed from this file.

Read it field by field
L1 1-2PADocument type. P for passport, A for the read-notify envelope.
L1 3-5PHAIssuing authority. This site checked the format and stored the file.
L1 6-44CALL<DEBRIEF<NEXT<STEPS<<CALL<DEBRIEF<AThe name field: the identifier, then the title, split by a double filler.
L2 1-10CALLDEBRI1The identifier, and its check digit.
L2 11-13PHAIssuing authority again, where a passport carries the bearer’s nationality. An agent has none.
L2 14-202609289Issued 2026-09-28, and its check digit.
L2 21FCapture path: file.
L2 22-282609289Checked 2026-09-28, and its check digit.
L2 29-43V01C02I02L00Y<7Spec version, 2 capabilities, 2 installable, 0 losses declared, owner confirmed.
L2 446Composite check digit over positions 1-10, 14-20 and 22-43. Positions 11-13, 21 and 44 are excluded, as ICAO 9303 excludes them.

Two lines of 44, in the ICAO 9303 TD3 field positions, with check digits computed on the 7-3-1 weighting. Every value is read off this passport. An agent has no nationality and no date of birth, so those positions carry the capture path and the date this file was checked instead, and the legend above says which is which.

What you will need

2required

  • Read the transcript you give it, pasted in or uploaded as a file (subtitle files, plain text, Markdown, Word or PDF)
  • Show the debrief to you

Each one is an account or a permission on your own platform, and you grant it yourself when your assistant asks. This passport carries no credentials, and nothing is granted by reading this page. Declared only means the original agent had it and version 0.1 will not install it.

Read the transcript you give it, pasted in or uploaded as a file (subtitle files, plain text, Markdown, Word or PDF)

Everything in the debrief comes from the transcript; the agent has no other source and adds no outside facts

Requirement: Required

If you skip it: There is nothing to debrief; it can only say that no transcript was provided

Installable in v0.1: yes

GrantedRequired

Show the debrief to you

The debrief is the whole output; the original showed it on its own page and kept a copy of each run on its owner's disk

Requirement: Required

If you skip it: The debrief is written and nobody sees it

Installable in v0.1: yes

GrantedRequired
In the owner’s words

Nothing here writes to the world. The follow-up note is a draft, labelled as unsent, for you to edit and send yourself; the agent sends nothing, updates no sales system and contacts no one.

The original ran its model on its owner's own machine on purpose, because call transcripts are confidential conversations with customers and colleagues. If the assistant you install this into sends what you give it to a cloud service, your transcripts go there too.

Granted means version 0.1 will install that capability. Not granted means it is named here, and left out, so you can see what the original could do that your copy will not.

01Evidence

One golden example, copied from the passport.

Golden examples are what the passport offers as evidence that the agent does what it says. Your rebuild is checked against these. This site checked the file's format, not the truth of its examples.

One real run, reproduced whole and unaltered: nothing was elided and nothing was scrubbed. The transcript it was run on was invented test input, so the four people in it are fictional (owner, 2026-09-28). It is a template of shape, never expected content: the installer runs this on a different call, with different people and different commitments, and different content is the correct result.

> Filled in for this run: the follow-up draft was on and coaching off (include_followup and include_coaching at their defaults), summary_format standard, followup_tone plain and no framework configured. The four Framework fields rows come from a one-off rubric typed for this run, not from the framework slot, and the participants and meeting purpose lines come from the fields typed for this run. No declared-only capability rendered anything.

Real run of 2026-09-27:

## Executive summary Anna Meier met with Marco Bianchi and Julia to discuss operational risks associated with decentralized AI assistant usage at Marco's company. The participants identified two core issues: knowledge loss when staff leave and lack of IT visibility into assistant data access [S1]. Marco expressed interest in a four-week pilot for the supplier-onboarding assistant but stated he must consult Stefan, who holds the budget, before proceeding [S1]. Anna committed to sending the Data Processing Agreement (DPA) and security summary by Wednesday [S1]. The next meeting is tentatively scheduled for two weeks from now, pending Marco's conversation with Stefan [S1]. ## Participants and purpose * **Anna Meier**: User's representative (identified by user). * **Marco Bianchi**: Head of Ops, prospect (identified by user and transcript). * **Julia**: IT, prospect (identified by user and transcript). * **Stefan**: Mentioned as owning the budget for tools (identified in transcript [S1]). * **Purpose**: First call with a possible design partner (stated by user). * **Speaker Attribution**: The pipeline reports 100% of lines carry a speaker label and identifies Anna, Julia, and Marco as named speakers. Attribution is considered reliable [S1]. ## Topics discussed * **Current AI Usage**: Marco's operations team (approx. 40 people) uses custom ChatGPT setups and Zapier flows [S1]. * **Knowledge Continuity Risk**: When staff leave, their custom assistants leave with them. Three people left this year, causing a two-week rebuild of the supplier-onboarding assistant [S1]. * **IT Visibility Risk**: Julia noted that IT is unaware of what data these assistants connect to, which is a significant concern [S1]. * **Desired Outcome**: Marco wants the supplier-onboarding assistant documented so it can be rebuilt in a day rather than two weeks. Julia wants a list of data access for each assistant [S1]. * **Pilot Proposal**: Anna proposed a four-week pilot focused on the supplier-onboarding assistant [S1]. * **Budget and Approval**: Marco indicated interest but stated he needs to check with Stefan, who owns the budget. Marco declined to share budget ranges before speaking with Stefan [S1]. * **Compliance Requirements**: Julia stated a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is non-negotiable before any pilot [S1]. * **Documentation Gap**: Both Marco and Julia agreed that the current assistant's workings need to be documented before knowledge is lost [S1]. ## Decisions 1. **Interest in Pilot**: Marco agreed in principle to a four-week pilot on the supplier-onboarding assistant, contingent on budget approval from Stefan [S1]. * *Evidence*: "In principle yes. I need to check with Stefan, he owns the budget for tools." [S1] 2. **Next Meeting Timing**: The parties agreed to meet again in two weeks, after Marco speaks with Stefan [S1]. * *Evidence*: "Let's say in two weeks, same time. I'll send an invite." [S1] ## Action items | # | Action | Owner | Timing | Evidence | | :--- | :--- | :--- | :--- | :--- | | 1 | Send Data Processing Agreement (DPA) and security summary. | Anna Meier | By Wednesday | "I'll send the DPA and our security summary by Wednesday." [S1] | | 2 | Speak with Stefan regarding budget for tools. | Marco Bianchi | Before next meeting | "I need to check with Stefan, he owns the budget for tools." [S1] | | 3 | Send calendar invite for the next meeting. | Marco Bianchi | Before next meeting | "I'll send an invite." [S1] | | 4 | Document how the current supplier-onboarding assistant works. | Unassigned | No date stated | "Someone should also write down how the current assistant actually works..." [S1] | *Note: Action item #4 was raised by Marco and supported by Julia, but no specific owner volunteered. It is marked Unassigned.* ## Open questions * **Budget Range**: Marco declined to disclose the budget range before speaking with Stefan [S1]. * **Stefan's Decision**: It is unknown if Stefan will approve the pilot or what the budget constraints are [S1]. * **Pilot Scope Details**: While the pilot is for the supplier-onboarding assistant, specific success metrics or technical requirements for the four-week period were not defined in this call [S1]. Missing from the transcript: Specific technical requirements for the pilot, Stefan's availability or role beyond budget ownership, and confirmation of who will perform the documentation task. ## Framework fields | Field | Assessment | Evidence quote | | :--- | :--- | :--- | | Pain clearly stated | Strong | "The problem is when someone leaves, all of it leaves with them." [S1] | | Decision maker identified | Partial | Marco is the operational decision maker but explicitly defers budget approval to Stefan. "I need to check with Stefan, he owns the budget for tools." [S1] | | Budget discussed | Weak | Marco acknowledged budget ownership but refused to discuss amounts. "I'd rather not say before I talk to Stefan." [S1] | | Next meeting agreed | Strong | "Let's say in two weeks, same time. I'll send an invite." [S1] | ## Follow-up draft (UNSENT DRAFT) UNSENT DRAFT: review and edit before sending. Nothing has been sent. Hi Marco and Julia, Thanks for the time today. It was helpful to hear about the challenges with continuity and IT visibility regarding your current AI assistant setups. As discussed, here are the next steps: * **Anna**: I will send over the Data Processing Agreement and our security summary by Wednesday. * **Marco**: You will check with Stefan regarding the budget for the proposed four-week pilot on the supplier-onboarding assistant. * **Marco**: You will send a calendar invite for a follow-up meeting in two weeks. * **Team**: We need to determine who will document the current workings of the supplier-onboarding assistant to prevent knowledge loss. Please let me know if I missed anything. Best regards, Anna ## What to do next 1. **Send the DPA and Security Summary**: Ensure these are sent to Marco and Julia by Wednesday as committed. 2. **Confirm Documentation Owner**: Follow up with Marco or Julia to assign the task of documenting the current assistant, as this was left unassigned in the call. 3. **Monitor for Invite**: Wait for Marco's calendar invite for the meeting in two weeks. If it does not arrive, follow up to ensure the meeting is scheduled. 4. **Prepare for Stefan Conversation**: Since Marco needs to speak with Stefan, prepare any additional materials (case studies, specific ROI examples) that might help Marco make the case for the budget.
