Listed passports can appear in search results and do not expire. Unlisting removes them from the gallery and starts a 30-day expiry period. Unlisted passports expire after 30 days unless you renew them.

It is not in the subject: the subject is the same fixed line on every message we send, because a subject line is the most convincing part of an email and none of it is a stranger's to write.
