It runs unattended early each morning and delivers the result to you before your day starts, and you can also trigger it by hand. The output is meant to be read once, in a few minutes, so that you walk into your first conversation already knowing what happened.

Two lines of 44, in the ICAO 9303 TD3 field positions, with check digits computed on the 7-3-1 weighting. Every value is read off this passport. An agent has no nationality and no date of birth, so those positions carry the capture path and the date this file was checked instead, and the legend above says which is which.

The last column answers "does the format allow installing this", not "can this platform do it". Your assistant should resolve every row against your own platform before asking you to consent to it, and say so plainly wherever your platform downgrades a row.
